Benchmarking Tools
Benchmarking tools are essential for evaluating the success
of the revised curriculum. These tools should align with both state board
requirements and accreditation standards. McDonald (2020) explains that performance
assessments, student surveys, faculty feedback, and clinical evaluation forms
are useful measures of success. Additionally, metrics such as graduation rates,
NCLEX-RN pass rates, and post-graduation employment statistics can be used to
assess the long-term effectiveness of the curriculum (McDonald, 2018).
